Terms of Service & Refund Policy
Effective July 4, 2026
1. Scope & company
These terms govern use of VibeMission (cleanmissionai.kr, the “Service”).
CleanMission co., Ltd. (CEO Yoon Jong-un) · Biz. Reg. 799-86-03789 · Mail-order Biz. 2026-Seoul-Gangnam-00539 · 8F 807, Energy Plus Seoul-ro, 15 Toegye-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul, Korea · contact@cleanmission.co.kr
2. Service & our role
We directly operate the AI coding assessment, grading, and result cards.
For the marketplace and bounties, we act as an intermediary that connects users and are not a party to those transactions. The seller/host is responsible for the content, quality, and fulfillment of their listing or bounty.
3. Accounts
The Service uses Google sign-in and is available to users aged 14 or older. You are responsible for safeguarding your account.
4. Paid services & payment
Paid assessments (e.g., standard/deep tiers), marketplace purchases, and bounty funding are paid via TossPayments (Korea) or PayPal (international). Amounts and currency are shown at checkout.
5. Withdrawal & refunds
Paid assessments (digital service): fully refundable before you start the test (viewing the task / starting the timer). Once started, the service is deemed provided and withdrawal may be limited (Korea E-Commerce Act §17(2)); we still refund where we are at fault (e.g., grading failure).
Marketplace: funds are held by us until the buyer confirms. Service items are cancellable before confirmation; finished digital goods before download/delivery begins. Defect/non-delivery disputes are mediated by our team.
Bounties: escrowed prizes are refundable (minus payment fees) if cancelled before the task opens (before submissions are accepted).
Requests: contact@cleanmission.co.kr.
6. Disputes
Transaction and refund disputes are first mediated by our team (contact@cleanmission.co.kr); unresolved matters follow applicable law and consumer dispute standards.
7. Your obligations
You must not impersonate others, take an assessment on someone's behalf, misappropriate submissions, scrape or automate access, or attempt to manipulate grading. Violations may void results and lead to suspension.
8. Intellectual property
You retain rights to your submissions. We use them only as needed to grade, generate result cards, and operate the Service.
9. Limitation & governing law
We are not liable for damages arising from force majeure, user fault, or third-party outages beyond our control. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, with jurisdiction as provided by applicable civil procedure law.
