Privacy Policy

1. Data we collect
Account: email address, name/profile (as provided by Google sign-in).
Assessment data: prompts, AI responses, file changes, submissions (code), time spent, approximate location (country/city).
Payment: payment/order identifiers. Card details are handled by payment providers (TossPayments, PayPal) and are not stored by us.
Automatically collected: country/city derived from IP, browser/device info, cookies.
2. How we use it
To grade assessments and produce result/proof cards, operate the service and verify identity, process payments and settlement, respond to inquiries, and prevent abuse.
3. Sharing with third parties
For company-requested (invited) assessments, the candidate's results and trail (prompts, submission) are provided to the requesting company. Otherwise we do not share personal data with third parties except with your consent or as required by law.
4. Processors
We engage the following processors: Supabase Inc. (data storage/auth), Vercel Inc. (hosting), TossPayments / PayPal (payments), Anthropic PBC (AI analysis of trails for grading), and an email delivery provider. Each processes data only for the delegated purpose.
5. Retention
We delete personal data without delay upon account deletion or once the purpose is fulfilled, except where retention is required by law (e.g., Korea's E-Commerce Act: contract/withdrawal records 5 years, payment/supply records 5 years, complaint/dispute records 3 years).
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of your personal data at any time via contact@cleanmission.co.kr.
7. Cookies
We use cookies necessary for the service, such as keeping you signed in. You may block cookies in your browser, but some features may be limited.
